Living in an Amsterdam eyecatcher
Westbeat can rightly be called an eye-catcher. The monumental arches, the difference in level between the two streets that are bridged and the special inner garden live up to this name. The design includes space for a parking basement, a spacious 'Super Space' and 150 apartments. This creates a mixed-use project, with room for living, business ventures and going out. There is a choice between 2, - 3 and 4-room apartments between 43 and 153 square meters. There is a lot of variation in the layout of the apartments, including in the kitchen layout, the number of bathrooms in its layout, and the number of covered balconies that come with the apartment.
From peninsula to double sink
The main differences are the layout of the kitchen, bathroom and the number of loggias (indoor balconies). There is a choice of straight kitchens, a coil island, a peninsula or a corner kitchen. You always have access to a complete Bribus kitchen with ATAG built-in appliances: an induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge / freezer and a combi microwave. All apartments have a bathroom with a shower and sink, and a separate toilet. In addition, there are a small number of apartments with two bathrooms, with a double sink or with an extra toilet in the bathroom next to the separate toilet. The vast majority of the apartments have 1 loggia, a small number have 2 loggias and there are also houses without loggias available. The loggias are in all cases flush with the facade line and are closed off to a greater or lesser extent by means of a glass wall. This way you can still enjoy the sun without the noise of busy Amsterdam! You can of course also get a breath of fresh air in the shared roof garden.
Serviced living with the Service App in Westbeat
Westbeat has its own app via “Area of People”, which you as a resident have exclusive access to. The idea behind the app is that it helps you to turn your building into a Micro-Village, in which you can easily find and help each other. The Westbeat app consists of different interest groups that you can follow. This way you can easily borrow a drill or share a parking space with your neighbours. Has someone in Westbeat accepted a package for you? Via the neighbours overview you can quickly find this neighbour and send a private message. You can easily submit your service questions and repair requests and follow the progress in the app via status updates. You will also be kept informed about maintenance work by, for example, window cleaners.
